Taking a residential community in Nanjing as an example, this paper presents the hybrid ground-source heat pump system, air conditioning water system, outdoor air system, air conditioning terminal, temperature and humidity control and anti condensation control of the capillary radiation air conditioning system. The air conditioning system adopts the central cold and heat sources and household heat exchange system, which saves the investment of pipelines and reduces the energy consumption for transportation. The user side’s constant pressure make-up water adopts vertical partition decompression make-up water to control the working pressure from the user side’s capillary system, improving the reliability and service life of capillary radiation terminals. The displacement outdoor air system adopts local micro-drop plate buried treatment to save indoor space. The vertical partition of the outdoor air system reduces the area of the indoor air shaft and increases the use area. The exhaust energy is centrally recovered by the dual cold source deep heat recovery outdoor air unit. The condenser configuration is optimized and the low temperature exhaust energy is recovered from the heat pump to improve the efficiency of the built-in heat pump. This project system has some reference value for residential capillary radiation systems.
